The recently appointed deputy director of human resources for Individuals Supply, David Hall, a global leader in the HR services company, headed to his first meeting with the CEO and his new boss, the HR manager.
In the latter, a staff function, Hall was asked to look at the firm’s worldwide work force in order to find better solutions to its global freedom difficulty. Hall was specific that the company – an expert in sourcing talent for its customers – could do more in certain markets to source talent for itself.
