As a consequence, owners and managers frequently fail to develop strategies for contending with crisis or challenge the successive time it happens. To develop insights regarding how businesses can better handle in inhospitable surroundings, we consider the alternatives that have evolved in nature over billions of years.
We follow the codes in nature for conforming to inhospitable surroundings and investigate the underlying characteristics of four genetic code kinds that can help business organizations to cancel the negative implications of hostility through ensuring strategic fit. When accurately identified and leveraged, these abilities can empower an organization to focus attention and resources on how best to manage in inhospitable surroundings.
