As market barriers fall and blurring the boundaries of the market, companies are becoming more broad scope of their activities and markets. Such an extension of the company intensifies competition as the interaction between the rivals spreads on many markets. To succeed as a company, managers must then take a multi-market approach to the competition. Critical to success is to understand the opponent contacts in different markets may affect the competitive behavior of the firm. This understanding is there is a competition between the two firms, but few firms face only one competitor in the various markets. We are expanding the focus on one competitor and examine the configuration of competitive triad.
