The (A) case also presents numerous possible growth options including selling the business; growing within the Bay Area; expanding into diverse regions such as Southern California; franchising; enlarging overseas; starting non-traditional distribution venues such as airports; sports places; and little-location take-out sites; and selling pizza and other products through supermarkets and other retail locations. The (B) instance depicts what Cooperstein and Forter selected to do such as expanding into Southern California, starting a little site in the San Jose Sharks arena, and opening a restaurant in Shanghai, China with associate Sophie Lo and her brother Jimmy Lo."
