The newly minted MBA joins a volunteer non-profit boards. Shortly after joining the organization board has serious cash flow problems. In tackling this problem, much more profound questions are, including long neglect of fiduciary duty on the preliminary and current board members, the lack of basic financial and human resource management, problems with reputation and image in the society, the alienation of the sponsors and the Executive Director (ED ), which is trying its best to hide its performance problems from the board.
