Aggregate Planning at Green Mills Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Green Mills Inc. manages several lumber mills throughout the Northwestern United States that make a variety of wood products. The company is now considering expanding operations to Chile as a vehicle for reducing the prices of raw materials.
