Jackson Automotive Systems makes several other engine divisions, engine cooling systems, fuel injection and transport systems, and automotive parts for advanced heat and air conditioning systems; also they are supplied by it to the automotive industry mainly in Michigan.
By the year 2013, the firm has reversed to operating at capacity. The organization is not able to repay its outstanding debt to the bank, and experiences a bottleneck in production of some essential electronic components as a result. Moreover, the firm must replace aging equipment to prevent future creation delays and delayed replacing equipment during the decline. The president approaches the bank for an additional loan to cover the brand new equipment purchase and for an extension to repay a loan. The president must establish a presentation on the fiscal position of the company before meeting together with the loan committee.
