The gender inquality of work-life balance policies as compromise for mothers and female caregivers emanating with the push by the Women's campaign for gender workplace equity in the late 20th century. Regrettably, this perception continues in the 21st century and retains the additional stigma of employee participation in these policies, regardless of sex, as a hazardous career move. Thus, home and work responsibilities for professionals of all genders who want more work-related flexibility remain unreconciled.
Despite this international and national prognosis that is dominant, this informative article encourages new century organizations and professionals to reject the standard perception of inequity that is work-related through gendercolored spectacles and rather chew over the advantages of WLB policies emptiness of gender blots. Especially, organizations could re-create workplace culture through administrative leaders' embracement of and involvement in such policies, which may pave the way for establishing occupational equity with stigmafree WLB policies.
