AddRec Solutions Pvt. Ltd (AddRec), a recruiting process outsourcing firm, had had a successful year in the company creator and 2011 had enormous plans for 2012. The founder dreamed of three-fold increase in the next five years without adding any new divisions or losing the firm's boutique placement. Yet he faced more than a couple of challenges. Competition in the sector was growing, not only from other vendors but in addition from some of AddRec's clients' internal human resource departments.
The personal charisma, relationship management abilities and direct involvement of the creator had been instrumental in the increase of AddRec thus far, but it remained to be seen whether the business, at this stage in its development, was ready for the next development stage. Additionally, his team had a group of capacities that would need to be aligned with the development he imagined.
