This article highlights the "dark" side of the staff, psychological, cognitive and behavioral disorders that may be harmful to other employees, for groups within the organization, or the organization itself. Using the Wizard of Oz in the background, we are bound by the attitude and behavior of the characters of the book to the destructive tendencies and syndromes that employees can be, and that could harm the company, a description of the characters, the definition and expression of the disease and the critical size of each of them represented.
