This article focuses on workplace bullying from a personal point of view of resources. As workplace bullying occurs in a hostile and stressful work environment, the threat of personal loss resources is low cost, high resource seeking reward behavior that is usually reported as indicative bullies workplace bullying research. In this case, we assume that these resources are looking for bullying behavior allow hooligans to create cycles of strengthening resource gain for them, but also to create amplification cycles for the purpose of resource loss and witnesses bullying.
