This is a simulation of haggling over the cost of a fitted kitchen. On the basis of these briefings, the participants negotiate independently or in teams. The case has been made easy to understand so the negotiations may be conducted with hardly any preparation time desired. At the same time, the case study presents a few " difficult cornerstones and permits an elaborate discussion on the distributive conduct of negotiations and the ethics of bargaining. The case study is well-suited for course participants with intermediate to advanced negotiating experience.
