Neelkanth Drugs Pvt. Ltd, a small-and-medium sized enterprise, had achieved a prominent position as the pharmaceutical distributor in Delhi. The management was deciding to target new markets in the country, the aggressive nature driving towards incorporating an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. IT head presented a detailed report to the CEO regarding the available options for the firm to implement ERP. The CEO selected cloud-based ERP from the available options, as the most appropriate for his company. Yet he was in some confusion as he already implemented it and did not obtain the desired outcomes.
