Dental Associates of Northern Virginia is one of the largest dental networks in Northern Virginia. In this series of two cases, the head administrator caught between staying abreast of new technologies by investing in innovative all porcelain crown machines for preparing and carrying resistant lagging strategy to wait and see. This choice also aligns with the head administrator makes more decisions about how to improve the core competencies of its network by developing a complete in-house laboratory or continue to rely on expensive, but reliable, outside the laboratory during the porcelain restorations.
