Teofilo Oil Services, a private company founded in 2000 with the core business to provide oil field services. Later on the CEO, Roberto Teofilo, transformed the business to operation management. The company not only provides the fee-based services, but the company would now be investing significantly in field licenses and now revitalizing an older closed field. Teofilo showed the interest in field 17, when the Brazilian government offered the tenders in numerous fields. The main focus was on the value of the closed field bid.
