The 25 members Omega product development team leads by Tom Henderson at ABCO. Tom has been working for around 10 years as engineering manager for ABCO. In a monthly meeting, he faced some verbal jabs from the VP of ABCO Distributed Services, Bill Fenner, when presenting his team’s monthly performance data.
As the meeting proceeds, the VP’s aggression in front of the company’s executives, caused Falter humiliated. After experiencing this the performance of the Omega team significantly declined. Part B of the case describes the future plans after this action while Part C is comprised of the longer term consequences for Henderson and his company.
