After an initial delay, and many Fortune 500 companies are now actively embracing Web 2.0 tools. The main advantages, they refer to the expansion of cooperation, democracy, talent, corporate culture of trust and productivity potential. Enterprise 2.0 revolution, it seems, finally happening. But revolutions can be just as devastating as their empowerment. Clearly, if the electronic revolution does occur, leaders must urgently rethink how they structure, organize and manage the company. Their success in this will determine whether they ride on the crest of the revolution or brushing.
