This article describes the management style coach Jack Clark, under whose guidance Cal rugby has won 21 national championships in the last 25 years. The article deals with his philosophy of leadership and strategy to create a high culture of teamwork. He discusses how his experience as an athlete and a businessman helped shape his approach to leading and developing teams.
