Voyager Inn International Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Voyager Inn International (Bethesda) is negotiating a master contract with TourAmerica, international tour operator for hotel rooms in 1995, the tourist season. Topics considered include the number of rooms during the peak, average, and off periods, rates, breakfast, price and value-added services. The hotel manager is evaluated based on several criteria, including adjusted daily rates, employment levels, as well as food and beverage profitability.
