People will be most creative when they feel motivated primarily interest, pleasure, satisfaction, and the work itself is the problem - when they are driven by a deep involvement in their work and passion for it. This article describes how creativity can stimulate this intrinsic motivation, as well as some forms of extrinsic motivation, such as rewards competence signal or support for future developments.
