With four different options development of SAP, continuing with Hrad, devotion of external resources to get the existing system fixed and find a new vendor seems much difficult for Tegan c.c.c. to decide.
Despite of the things, considering the alternative options, getting the existing system fixed is not a solution and if it was, there would not have been need of developing a new one. Secondly, finding a new vendor means a lot of struggle and time which Tegan does not have. Thirdly, continuing with Hrad requires additional cost with a doubt of project deliver on time. Thus, the last option also has consequences as with the SAP roll out, the management of the organization did not agreed. Therefore, as the organization is the second largest one in the entire Europe, it’s financial growth had been noticeable.This, Tegan should take a risk of providing Hardy with additional money it demanded for the project to be completed but with an agreement of delivering it within upcoming three months despite a period of 10 months.
Conclusion:
Issues faced by Tegan had troubled the organization and had put its reputation at risk. Thus, some delay in the launch of the system might be bearable rather than not launching it. Tegan has been advised to continue with Hrad……….
