H.B. International has been a manufacturer of home appliances phone from HBE in Hong Kong in 1982. The company has grown from a 10-man factory to 10,000 employees by the end of the 1990s. Decades of continuous growth and expansion was completed in May 1994 public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The next three years were profitable. But in 1997, when the Asian financial crisis, HB International was on the verge of bankruptcy - to a group of investors came to the rescue. After restructuring in 1999, the new management team of the company renamed Suncorp Technologies Ltd. and quickly implement various measures to restore the business.
